Basal Engineering Inc. is an exclusive agent in Canada for fabrication of various process equipments and structural steels.

The fabrication facility of our partner in China was established in 1971 as a non-standard equipment manufacturer and obtain the permit for manufacture of pressure vessel since 1986. It is an ISO9001 certified fabricator and holds ASME “U” Stamp.

With an area 120 acres, the fabricator has about 400 employees including more than 70 engineering and management personnel.

So far, the fabricator has fabricated vessels with the following maximum sizes:

Maximum diameter = 14700 mm
Maximum length = 67150 mm
Maximum weight = 855 tons

The production plant which is only 3 kilometers away from the port can be accessed directly through the highway towards port with a width of 55m and great convenience in transportation and export.

We are capable of designing and manufacturing a variety of non-standard heat exchangers and other non-standard equipments and has mastered the manufacturing technique of tubular heat exchangers and floating head heat exchangers. Our partner also provides customized services based on clients’ requirements and engineering specifications to fabricate non-standard equipments. Fabrication covers all sorts of materials which are widely applied in industries of petroleum, petrochemicals, chemicals, fertilizers, pharmaceutical, sugar making, metallurgy, environmental protection, and etc. Up to date, the fabricator has produced more than 20 models of heat exchangers and over 800 regular nonstandard equipments.
